I LOVE WINNING, SAYS SHAH RUKH KHAN
"We are the toughest competition for the other seven teams. Why one team at a time-put all the seven teams on one side and see how the Knight Riders battle it out against them," Shah Rukh said on the sidelines of a press conference after Sunday's match.
What is beyond the team motto - "Korbo, Lorbo, Jeetbo" (Do, Fight, Win)?
"The Kolkata Knight Riders are here to teach the world how to believe and win a dream that no one else dares to do. Discipline, dedication and dignity are the three powers that are combined at every stroke of our bat and every throw of our ball," he said.
AUSTRALIA: AUSSIES CONFIRM PAKISTAN TOURS
Australia will tour Pakistan in 2009 and 2010 after this year's scheduled tour was cancelled due to security fears. Cricket Australia and the Pakistan Cricket Board revealed that the sides will meet in April and May 2009 and again in 2010. Australia, who have not toured Pakistan since 1998/99, will also host the return series at the end of 2009.
"Although disappointed that the tour couldn't be completed as originally scheduled, the PCB is very pleased that the Australian team will come to play in Pakistan twice, in 2009 and again in 2010," PCB chairman Dr Nasim Ashraf.
"Our discussions with Cricket Australia showed both countries' strong desire to ensure the postponed matches were played in Pakistan. As well as the two tours at home, the PCB has also confirmed the Pakistan team's tour of Australia for the 2009-10 season."
Australia's 2009 tour of Pakistan will consist of five one-day internationals and a Twenty20 international following the Australian team's commitments in South Africa.
Pakistan will then travel to Australia for three Tests, five one-day internationals and a Twenty20 international before Australia return to Pakistan in August/September 2010 to play three Test matches, with final dates and venues to be agreed depending on each nation's Future Tours Program (FTP) obligations.
"The announcement demonstrates Cricket Australia's commitment to fulfilling its obligations under the FTP and also to Pakistan cricket," added Cricket Australia chairman Creagh O'Connor.
"We're pleased to have reached agreement to travel to Pakistan to complete the postponed matches and to play in them in Australia as agreed under the FTP."

INDIA TO PLAY FOUR TESTS IN ENGLAND IN 2011
England team is slated to tour India in November this year. But the schedule of normal 3 tests has been reduced to 2 tests since Australia's 4 test series will end in early November only so that BCCI could not accomodate the third test and it consists of 7 one day internationals as per schedule. The ECB has been delighted since India had agreed to play 4 test match series and also they are keen in finishing the series as per the schedule so that the players can have time to relax and start practising for the future tours.
